20 YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY

We provide a 20 years limited warranty from the original date of installation for all YYS® Quartz Stone & Sintered Stone surfaces(abbr. as “Product” below).

This warranty is non-transferable, applies only to the original owner of a single‑family residence, where the Product was installed, or the first owner of a commercial installation.

Product was purchased from us or from our authorized distributor and installed according to proper installation procedure, done by our certified fabricator.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers YYS® product’s MATERIAL’S DEFECT only that arose from the initial manufacturing process and the coverage applies only if Product has been always maintained according to our care & maintenance guideline.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Defects caused by improper fabrication such as improper cutting, polishing, seam preparation, edge profiling;  incorrect installation methods, insufficient support, improper adhesives, or failure to follow industry installation guidelines or manufacturer recommendations.
  • Leather finish QUARTZ product: Leathering creates natural depth and pattern inconsistencies, it can have natural variations in color, texture, and sheen, and may show markings or changes over time—these characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, vandalism, excessive force, or using it as a cutting surface is not covered for QUARTZ product.
  • Thermal shock from hot pots, skillets, or other hot items placed directly on the QUARTZ product.
  • Damages resulting directly or indirectly from defect of the product.
  • Product installed as flooring or used outdoors for QUARTZ product or polished Sintered Stone product installed which needs anti-slippery condition.
  • Damage from heat lamps, soup wells, shower trays, steam showers, radiant heat, saunas for QUARTZ product.
  • Obvious visible defect presents before or during fabrication.
  • Product modified or reduced in thickness.
  • Chemical Damage (strong chemicals, solvents, paint removers, high‑pH or low‑pH cleaners, or prolonged exposure to harsh substances) to QUARTZ product.
  • Temporary household marks(e.g., metal marks, fingerprints, smudges, water spots, and other cleanable household stains) for QUARTZ product.

Terms and Conditions

1. This warranty applies only to products that have been properly installed, used, and maintained in accordance with YYS®’s installation and maintenance guidelines.

2. Any claim under this warranty must be made in writing and accompanied by proof of purchase, photographs &videos of the claimed defect, and a detailed description of the claimed defect.

3. YYS®’s sole responsibility and liability under this warranty are limited to, at its option, either repairing or replacing the defective Product.

4. This warranty does not cover any labor costs or other expenses related to the removal, fabrication, or installation of the Product or any replacement of Product.

5. This warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product.

Care & Maintenance Guide for Quartz Product

  • Use mile household cleaners or a soft cloth with soap and water.
  • Clean spills immediately.
